The Consultant assistance will help to migrate ASYCUDA NCTS Version 6 components to new digital platform

Under the supervision of the project officer of UNCTAD / DTL / ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the incumber will implement the following duties : – Development of components of ASYCUDA NCTS 6 system – Enhancement of transit Guarantees functionalities – Continuing the customization of NCTS 6 system – Technical finetuning of NCTS 6 based on users feedback logical controls

First university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, engineering, mathematics or related area is required. At least 2 years of working experience in ICT sector as a developer of software applications is required. Knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming language is required. Knowledge of database information system will be considered is desirable.

Fluency written and spoken in English is required. Knowledge of Russian is desirable
